develop a mineable resource at the Sherridon
Copper-Zinc Project by:

Confirmation of the
near-surface resources at Cold, Lost and
Bob
Lake
deposits;

Expansion of the indicated
and inferred 43-101 resource tonnage at
Jungle
Lake;

Commencement of scoping,
metallurgical and environmental studies in 2008
to test the open pit potential of the existing
closely-spaced deposits; and

Continued exploration
drilling
at multiple,
new
high priority targets with the goal of making
discoveries.
Halo Resources' growth strategy is
to focus on the development of quality assets in
significant geological areas and close to
infrastructure, either alone or in joint venture.
